게스트 로그인과 서비스 운영에는 필요한 최소 정보를 사용합니다.

이전 0.1.0(1) 오프라인 빌드는 게스트 인증이나 게임 서버 전송을 하지 않습니다.
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적
Bridge Learn: 브리지 카드 게임의 운영자 Free Dust(프리더스트 주식회사)는 Firebase 익명 인증으로 게스트 식별자(UID)를 발급합니다. 비밀번호·이름·이메일 입력은 요구하지 않습니다. 서버에는 UID, 인증 세션, 기기 모델, 앱 버전, 언어, 계정 생성·최근 접속 시각, 기본 게스트 상태가 저장됩니다. 로그인 유지, 중복 접속 확인, 최소 지원 버전 확인, 점검 안내와 공지 제공에 사용합니다. 접속 일자와 게스트 식별자로 일별 이용 현황을 집계합니다.
Firebase 및 서버 인프라는 인증·보안·장애 대응을 위해 IP 주소, 사용자 에이전트와 요청·오류 정보를 처리합니다. 게임에는 광고, 인앱 구매, 광고 추적, Firebase Analytics 또는 Crashlytics를 활성화하지 않았습니다. 기기 위치를 조회하지 않습니다.
2. 기기에 저장하는 정보
대국·학습 상태, 리플레이와 소리·진동 등 설정은 기기에 저장되며 현재 버전에서 서버에 동기화하지 않습니다. 앱 저장 공간을 지우거나 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 정보가 사라질 수 있습니다. 게스트 인증을 복구하거나 다른 기기로 이전하는 기능은 제공하지 않습니다. 앱 삭제만으로 서버의 게스트 정보가 자동 삭제되지는 않습니다.
3. 서비스 제공업체와 보호 조치
Google Firebase Authentication, Google Cloud Run 및 Firestore를 인증·서버·데이터 저장에 이용합니다. Cloud Run과 Firestore의 리전은 대한민국 서울(asia-northeast3)입니다. Firebase 인증과 서비스 운영 과정에서 Google의 글로벌 인프라 및 국외 서버가 사용될 수 있습니다. 전송에는 HTTPS를 사용하고 서버 데이터 접근을 제한합니다. 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 공유하지 않습니다.

4. 보관과 삭제
게스트 정보와 이용 기록은 서비스 제공을 위해 보관하며, 본인 확인이 가능한 삭제 요청을 받으면 관련 Firebase 인증 계정, 서버의 게스트 정보와 연결된 이용 기록을 삭제합니다. iOS 앱에서 직접 삭제하면 완료 화면을 표시합니다. 이메일로 삭제를 요청한 경우 처리 상황과 필요한 확인 절차를 이메일로 안내합니다. 보안·부정 이용 방지 또는 법령상 보관이 필요한 정보가 있으면 해당 항목과 기간을 별도로 알립니다. 앱 삭제 또는 장기간 미접속만으로 계정이 자동 삭제되지는 않습니다.
운영 로그에는 자동 만료 정책을 사용합니다. FreeEnd의 상세 처리 로그가 생성되는 경우 90일 만료 정책을 적용하고, Google Cloud의 기본 요청 로그는 해당 로그 저장 정책에 따라 관리합니다. 문의 이메일은 문의와 필요한 후속 대응을 마치면 삭제하며, 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 경우 그 기간 동안 보관합니다.
게스트 계정·데이터 삭제 요청
iOS 앱 안에서 직접 삭제: 홈의 설정 아이콘 → ‘개인정보 · 계정 관리’ → ‘게스트 계정 삭제’ → ‘영구 삭제’를 선택하세요. Firebase 게스트 계정과 연결된 서버 기록을 삭제하고 완료 화면을 표시합니다. 새 계정은 사용자가 직접 시작하기 전까지 자동 생성하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 학습 기록과 리플레이는 유지되며 삭제 전 안내합니다.
Android 0.1.1의 ‘개인정보·삭제 요청’ 링크 또는 이 페이지에서 아래 이메일로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. iOS에서 직접 삭제가 어려운 경우에도 지원을 받을 수 있습니다. 앱 재설치는 필요하지 않습니다. 저장해 둔 게스트 식별자가 있으면 함께 보내 주세요. 식별자를 모르면 앱 버전, 기기 모델과 사용 시점을 알려주시면 확인 방법을 안내합니다. 비밀번호나 인증 토큰은 보내지 마세요.

요청 대상: Bridge Learn 게스트 계정 및 서버 데이터. 기기의 대국·학습 기록을 지우려면 앱 저장 공간도 직접 삭제해 주세요. 삭제 이후 게스트 계정은 복구할 수 없습니다.
5. 문의·외부 링크·방침 변경
문의 이메일 주소·내용·첨부 자료는 문의 대응에 사용하며 Google Workspace를 통해 처리합니다. 학습 자료, Google Play와 다른 외부 사이트는 각 제공자의 방침이 적용됩니다. 이 안내 페이지도 제공 과정에서 호스팅 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있으며 별도 광고나 행동 분석 도구를 넣지 않았습니다. 어린이의 불필요한 개인정보가 문의에 포함됐다면 연락해 주세요. 기능이나 정보 처리 방식이 바뀌면 이 페이지와 시행일을 갱신합니다.
Delete directly in the iOS app: Open the home Settings gear → Privacy and account (개인정보 · 계정 관리) → Delete guest account (게스트 계정 삭제) → Permanently delete (영구 삭제). The app deletes the Firebase guest and linked server records and shows completion. A new guest is created only when you explicitly choose to start again. Learning records and replays remain on your device, as disclosed before confirmation. The support email below remains available if you need help.
Privacy & data deletion
Effective September 10, 2026 · Android and iOS 0.1.1 and later. The earlier offline 0.1.0(1) build does not use guest authentication or transmit game data to our server.
Information we use
Free Dust operates Bridge Learn: Bridge Card Game. Firebase anonymous authentication creates a guest user ID without requesting your name, email or password. We store the guest ID, session information, device model, app version, language, creation and last sign-in times, and basic guest state. We use these for authentication, session checks, minimum-version enforcement, maintenance information and notices. Guest IDs and sign-in dates are used for daily usage counts. Firebase and hosting infrastructure process IP addresses, user agents, requests and errors for authentication, security and service operation.
Bridge hands, learning progress, replays and settings remain on your device and are not synchronized to our server. We do not enable advertising, in-app purchases, advertising tracking, Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics. We do not request device location.
Providers and retention
We use Google Firebase Authentication, Cloud Run and Firestore. Cloud Run and Firestore are configured in Seoul, South Korea. Firebase authentication and Google's global infrastructure may process information outside your country. Data is transmitted using HTTPS, and server access is restricted. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.
Guest data and activity records are retained to operate the service until you delete your guest account in the iOS app or a verified support deletion request is processed. Uninstalling the app does not delete server data. FreeEnd detailed operation logs, when generated, use a 90-day expiry policy; infrastructure request logs follow their configured storage policy. We remove support correspondence after the issue and necessary follow-up are complete, unless retention is legally required.
Request deletion
Email ceo@libertydust.com to request deletion of your Bridge Learn guest account and associated server data, including Firebase authentication and linked usage records. You do not need to reinstall the app. Include your saved guest ID if available; otherwise tell us your app version, device model and approximate dates of use so we can explain verification options. Never send authentication tokens or passwords. We will respond with the verification steps and processing status. If specific records must be retained for security or legal reasons, we will explain what and for how long. Clear app storage separately to remove local learning and game records.
External websites and Google Play follow their own policies. This page has no advertising or behavioral analytics. We will update this page when our practices change.
